Ordering, Pricing & Availability

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

All attendees of Tanners ticketed events must be 18 years or older. In line with the Company’s age verification policy (“Challenge 25”) and to comply with UK licencing law, person taking delivery will be asked for photographic identification with proof of age. If you are not able to do so the delivery will be refused.

Black Mountains Botanicals website is subject to stock remaining on hand and to duty, exchange and market fluctuations. The prices shown are VAT inclusive per bottle unless otherwise indicated. You will appreciate that stock positions and prices are subject to continual change and revision. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to offer a substitute of a similar item of equivalent or higher value or arrange an alternative resolution. Goods supplied remain Black Mountains Botanicals property until payment has been received.

We retain the right to cancel an order and credit it in full.

By placing an order on the Black Mountains Botanicals website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Bacs and PayPal . You can have full confidence that our online ordering service is fully secure. All credit card transactions are processed using the highly secure payment gateway.

Queries or Complaints

Should you have a query regarding delivery or faulty products, please telephone on 01981510646 or contact us online. For queries regarding accounts, please email Lloyd in our Accounts Department (just Lloyd) on Lloyd@blackmountainsbotanicals.co.uk. Alternatively for any complaint, write to us at Black Mountains Botanical, Michaelchurch Escley, Herefordshire, HR20JW. Complaints in respect of quality or service will be attended to personally by the Lloyd and Glyn.

Cancellation of Orders

As you are entering into a distance selling contract, you may cancel your order at any time from the point of placing the order until 14 working days after the day the goods are delivered. If you wish to cancel please notify us in writing or by using our contact form. Please note that a charge may be made to cover the cost of collecting goods in the event of a cancelled order that has already been delivered.

We retain the right to cancel an order and credit it in full if a payment does not meet the requirements of our stringent security checks.
