Hill Billy Lemon is triple distilled on the Welsh borders high above Hay on Wye in the Black Mountains

A zingy citrus explosion of 10 botanicals including lemon grass, lemon verbena, fresh lemons and apples from the ancient orchards of Herefordshire.

Perfect with tonic and a slice of fresh lemon. Don’t like tonic? Then try this with cloudy lemonade, it’s divine!

This is a gin made with mineral water from a spring high above us and loads of fresh lemon so it will have a slightly pearlescent finish.
