Half a bottle of Double Dutch Pomegranate and Basil Tonic. We don't flood our gins , they are so smooth you dont need to. This tonic provides a perfect balance with its herbaceous aroma and sweet and tart finish
Frozen Raspberries or Strawberries , for us this reduces the need for too much ice or we even freeze them into our ice blocks
A bruised sprig of mint to finish
