Nice and easy to make…
- 60ml LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur
- 30ml Black Mountain Botanicals Gin
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
- Dash of Orange Bitters
Let’s go…
- Combine the LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur, Black Mountains Botanical Gin, Dry Vermouth and Orange Bitters in a cocktail shaker packed with ice.
- Shake really well for a good 10 seconds (to aerate the coffee liqueur as much as possible) to create the crema (foam topping).
- Strain into a Martini or Coupe glass to serve
- Garnish with a wheel of orange… Delicious!
