Surprisingly delicious, Gin & Pineapple work extremely well together, especially when the Pineapple is balanced by Angostura bitters – which reduces the tartness.
What you’ll need…
- 50ml Hill Billy Dry Gin
- 100ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 4 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 Pineapple for the garnish
How you build it…
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Hill Billy Dry Gin, Fresh Pineapple Juice and Angostura bitters.
- Give it a good shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker becomes icy.
- Strain into a Rocks Glass filled with ice.
- Finish by garnishing with a wedge of Pineapple.
