Espresso Martini is normally made by combining cooled expresso coffee with Vodka or Gin but it’s even easier to make using LOS CAFETEROS Coffee Liqueur.
The key to a good Espresso Martini is the ‘crema’ (the foam on top, which is created by shaking the ingredients vigorously)
- 70ml LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur
- 30ml chilled water
- Three coffee beans to garnish
- Combine the LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur and chilled water in a cocktail shaker packed with ice.
- Shake vigorously for a good 10 seconds, to aerate the coffee liqueur as much as possible.
- Strain into a Martini glass to serve
- Garnish with three coffee beans… Delicious!
