The coffee flavours from the LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur and orange flavour from the steeped orange zest, combine with the Gin and Vermouth, to create a deliciously refreshing summertime cocktail.
What you’ll need…
- 50ml Hill Billy Dry Gin
- 50ml Dry Vermouth
- 50ml Sweet Vermouth
- 25ml LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur
- Orange zest of one orange
Glassware – Use a Martini Glass
How you build it…
- Remove the zest from an orange using a vegetable peeler and place in a mixing glass (If you don’t have a mixing glass, a pint glass will also work).
- Add the Gin, Dry Vermouth, Sweet Vermouth and LOS CAFETEROS to the mixing glass and give it a gentle stir.
- Set aside (in the fridge) for 2-3 hours, to allow the orange zest to impart its flavour into the cocktail.
- When ready, add ice and strain into a chilled Martini Glass.
- Garnish with a wheel of orange (optional).
