Here we have one of the tastiest of all dessert cocktails. The Chocolate Espresso Martini. It’s truly delicious!
What you’ll need…
- 25ml espresso coffee (or brew some ground coffee in a French Press)
- 25ml Vodka & Chocolate sauce mix (see build instructions*)
- 50ml Vodka
- 25ml LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur
- 25ml Baileys Irish Cream
- Chocolate sauce (sauce that you’d use with ice cream)
- Cocoa powder for the garnish
Glassware – Coupe glass or Martini glass
How you build it…
- Start with the coffee… If you can get some espresso coffee fantastic! Otherwise, brew some ground coffee in a French Press and set aside 25ml of it to cool.
- *In a cocktail shaker add a heaped teaspoon of chocolate sauce together with an equal amount of Vodka. Mix together until the chocolate sauce has fully dissolved into the Vodka. You need about 25ml.
- Now add some Ice, followed by the Coffee, Vodka, LOS CAFETEROS and Baileys Irish Cream.
- Put the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds and then strain into a Coupe glass.
- Finish by sprinkling some cocoa powder from a sieve (and 3 coffee beans… optional)
